In accordance with the latest notifications issued by the Honourable Gujarat High Court and the Government of Gujarat, Home Department (Circular dated 07 November 2025), we would like to clearly state the following:
1. Strict Prohibition of Illegal Materials
We do not manufacture, sell, or store any banned materials. This includes Chinese Tukkal/Lanterns, Chinese Manjha, synthetic or glass-coated threads, and any plastic or nylon (synthetic) threads.
2. Full Support to the Ban
We fully respect and support the judicial ban on these hazardous materials, as they pose serious risks to public safety, birds, animals, and the environment.
3. Compliance with Legal Standards
As clarified by the Honourable High Court in Writ Petition (PIL) No. 253/2019, we ensure that all manjha/thread sold by us strictly follows the prescribed legal guidelines:

Our cotton manjha is prepared using traditional methods with natural ingredients such as rice flour, maida (refined flour), and plant-based adhesives.

All materials used are 100% biodegradable.

We strictly adhere to safety norms, ensuring that the glass powder coating does not exceed 10% of the coating material and never exceeds 0.5% of the total weight of the cotton manjha/thread.
We remain committed to following the law and promoting a safe, traditional, and eco-friendly kite-flying festival.
