Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping within India is free in most cases and it takes around 3-5 working days to deliver your order at your door step.
We dispatch the order within a day or two of receiving the order.
Your order will be packed safely in a box with protection layers. It never gets damaged in transit since it is experimented.
For delivering kites to a specific country customer has to select their appropriate country, for example if user has to deliver kites to USA then he/she should select the send kites to USA category.
After you place your order Babla kites will take full responsibility and will see that your order is shipped by the best courier companies available in the location selected by you.
We have a special appeal to our customers that if their selected location is rural or at a distance from main city or town then they should make sure that postal services are timely in those areas or else we advise you to not place your orders in that locations in order to avoid your own discomfort.
If the order is redirected back to us because of incomplete or incorrect address after it has been successfully dispatched then no refunds will be provided in such cases.
Delivery Takes: 2-4 Workings Days. Small Towns and Villages will take more time depending on location in India. For out of India it will take 5-7 working Days

In any circumstance or situation, if arising, Babla Kites/Babla Traders is not liable for delivery of Kites and Threads due to third party courier mishap. We dispatch the order safely and with multiple layer of safety packaging, on time.
We use Indian Post and DTDC in most cases to deliver Kites and Threads and related accessories across India as well as globally. Babla Kites/Traders is not responsible for any delay or damage in the transit by third party courier services.
Delay or damage in transit by third party courier services is not under control of Babla Kites/Traders and therefore we are not liable for this.
Please provide complete and correct address while placing an order to avoid delayed delivery or mishap by third party courier services. Keep tracking your order frequently using your tracking code sent by Babla Kites. Kindly provide an alternate contact number to the courier service or to Babla Kites while/after placing the order.
Though there are rare cases of delayed delivery or damage in transit. Our track record is nearly unbeatable.
